Our story begins at Quinta Dos Santos, Portugal.
The Dos Santos family acquired the property in 2015 and began transforming the overgrown land into a vineyard with modern yet timeless buildings. Today, it features a winery, craft brewery, taproom/restaurant, and the restored “Casa Terra” cottage. During land prep, a forgotten aqueduct and old stone walls were uncovered and carefully restored, now forming part of the farm’s distinctive landscape of limestone walls and cobbled drainage channels.
