Founded by two friends, Santos + Co is inspired by Quinta Dos Santos – The Dos Santos Family’s beloved Algarvian Vineyard / Brewery / Restaurant, carrying forward a legacy of passion and tradition.

Quinta Dos Santos
The Dos Santos family acquired the property in 2015 and began transforming the overgrown land into a vineyard with modern yet timeless buildings.
Today, it features a winery, craft brewery, taproom/restaurant, and the restored “Casa Terra” cottage. During land prep, a forgotten aqueduct and old stone walls were uncovered and carefully restored, now forming part of the farm’s distinctive landscape of limestone walls and cobbled drainage channels.

Proudly bearing the family name, ‘Dos Santos Craft Beer’ recipes are developed and brewed using only top quality ingredients from around the world.
Our year round beer includes our Pilsner, Amber Ale, Lager, Pale Ale, IPA and Stout.
These beers are brewed using the traditional German Purity Law method of ‘Reinheitsgebot’.
